Ever sense Eva could remember she loved the night. When the moon was high and bright she always felt so strong and happy. The necklace around her neck held the glow of the moon. It kept her happy on the rare nights when the moon couldnt be seen. It was quite an adventure how she caught the light of the moon in her necklace.

Eva was very young when she first saw the moon, high up in the sky, it was so beautiful. She new she had to touch it. As soon as she was old enough Eva packed a few belonging and went to find the moon. It took over 2 months to reach the highest mountain she could find, where the moon almost met the earth. It was unlucky that she arrived during the day.

When she awoke that night the moon greeted her. They spoke of many things and became fast friends. When it came time for Eva to head home she couldnt bring herself to leave. The draw she had to the moon was just to great. She told this to the moon, that she didnt want to leave.

The moon had many followers and he had just the thing to comfort Eva. He filled her necklace with his light. Eva spent one more night with moon slept the day and left again the next night. The good bye was bitter sweet, she hugged the moon and left. The moonlight necklace is always around her neck, Eva never takes it off. It give her strength and reminds her of her adventure and of her friend.
